Fusion Pride is a community led organisation for LGBTQIA+ people on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Fusion Pride is a strong presence for the local queer and gender diverse community and operates on the values of inclusion, visibility, kindness and respect for all.

Girls on Fire

Delivers evidence-based one-day and residential fire camps, cultural inclusion programs, virtual programs, advocacy and community engagement services to girls aged 15 to 19 years. These programs teach fire, emergency and disaster management skills and inspire young women to take an active role in building community safety and connection and discovering their own personal confidence and resilience.

Rainbow Families support, celebrate, empower and advocate for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ+) parents and their kids at every stage of their lives. They are an active, vibrant community of volunteers and partners that deliver programs helping future parents explore their family-making options through to antenatal classes, lactation support, playgroups, kids’ personal safety programs and social events, Rainbow Families fights systemic discrimination with love and affirming action.

MoWaNa is a peer led, community-based service to support people who are experiencing emotional or suicidal distress. The community-led Safe Space is a ‘drop in’ style service that offers a non-clinical alternative to acute, clinical services. Alongside their weekly Safe Space, MoWaNa are running a regular LGBTQIA+ Safe Space on the first Tuesday of every month from 6 pm-8 pm. This is an all-ages safe space for anyone who identifies in the LGBTQIA+ community. This is a drop-in service to connect with community members and volunteer peer support leaders. You can join for a chat, play games, meet new people, and learn new skills. 

The Rainbow Room

The Rainbow Room is an LGBTQIA+ social group for young people aged 16 to 25 years and their allies! Taking place weekly on Thursdays from 5 - 7:30pm at Headspace Brookvale. They run a mix of activities including movie nights, games nights, art sessions, trivia and much more. Visit the link above to sign up.
