Stallholder expressions of interest
Northern Beaches Council and Manly Business Chamber are partnering to bring the Manly Health & Wellness Day to Manly Beachfront again for the third year. The free one-day health and wellness event will include live fitness demos, classes and health seminars. Health and wellness businesses in the Manly ward are invited to be part of the event being held on Saturday 15 February 2025 at Manly beachfront. Our aim is to is bring communities together and support the health and wellness businesses of Manly.
Expressions of Interest (EOI) are now open for businesses to exhibit at a stall and / or offer a live fitness demonstration / class. All activations must have a health and wellbeing focus, be of interest to the general public and be interactive. EOIs will be accepted until 5pm, Thursday 5 December 2024. Late applications will not be considered.
This event is only open to health and wellness businesses operating in the Manly ward area and we hope to involve as many businesses as possible. Businesses that are part of the event program will be included in the marketing collateral promoting the event.
If you are a fitness business operating in the Manly ward area and would like to offer a fitness class / activation at the event you can submit an EOI.
Please note: Businesses who are operating a stall at the event will have first priority of a fitness class.
Business who just want a fitness class will be considered based on program availability and will be contacted based on a first in first serve basis, please complete the EOI and you will be notified.
Outlined below are the costs associated with having a stall at Manly Health and Wellness event.
Please note:
- Costs include a fete stall 2.4m x 2.4m with 3 side benches on 3 sides or a 3m x 3m stall with no side walls.
- Costs are GST inclusive
- There will be no access to power onsite

The criteria aligns with the purpose and desired outcome of the event across the following categories;
- Unique experience – Innovative/creative overall look and feel
- Local Manly ward business/brand and reputation within the community
- Experience in running outdoor activations
- Liability insurance for outdoor event/activations
- Images to support application
You will be notified if you are successful by Thursday 12 December.
