The sixth and last webinar of the series, specifically designed for seniors featured a facilitated discussion from Sue from Council and Mike from Lifeline Northern Beaches with John and Peter from Men's Kitchen, Anna from CCNB, Megan from Relationships Australia and Ann from Anglicare. They spoke about everything from managing mental health and wellbeing, importance of connection, relationships and supporting older people during time of stress.
