Northern Beaches Council is proposing to grant an experienced operator a licence to operate the café at Manly Visitor Information Centre for an initial term of five years plus a five year option. The land is located at Manly Wharf Forecourt, also known as part of Lot 7010 DP 1074609.
As the Crown Land Manager of Manly Visitor Information Centre, East Esplanade, Manly, Council is notifying in accordance with Section 3.22 of the Crown Land Management Act 2016, Section 70 of the Crown Land Management Regulation 2018 and Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993. The granting of this licence is subject to Crown Minister's and Council's final approval.
