Dee Why Beach Kiosk

Northern Beaches Council is proposing to grant a lease & licence to operate a café at Oaks Avenue & The Strand, Dee Why Beach Reserve also known as Part Lot 1 DP94791 and Lot 3 Sec 11 DP 6953.  

A tender will be released to source an experienced operator in the coming months. The lease & licence is intended to be granted to the successful tenderer for up to 15 years. This will enable refurbishment and ongoing operation of the café, subject to Council approval. 

Council is owner of the land and this notice is provided in accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993.
