What was proposed?

Northern Beaches Council proposes to grant an experienced operator a 5- year licence plus a 5-year option to operate the café at Manly Visitor Information Centre. The land is located at Manly Wharf Forecourt also known as Part Lot 7010 DP 1074609.

As the Crown Land Manager of Manly Visitor Information Centre, Council notified in accordance with Section 3.22 of the Crown Land Management Act 2016, Section 70 of the Crown Land Management Regulation 2018 and Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993. The granting of this licence is subject to Crown Minister’s and Council’s final approval.
