The Beaches has 838km network of sealed roads which two specially equipped vans will be surveying over the next fortnight.

The surveying will use detailed video imaging and laser measurement to scan our roads and access ways around businesses, residences and across our LGA.

All cameras are focussed on the road and kerbs and will not impede or record commercial, residential or private properties.

The vehicles will be clearly identifiable. When travelling behind them, please keep a full car length away to provide rear cameras a clear view of the road surface.
