Council invites tender submissions from suitably qualified and experienced food and beverage operators (the Tenderer) who are interested in obtaining a lease to fit out and operate the Cafe/Restaurant. The cafe/restaurant is located within the Winnererremy Bay Reserve adjacent the Flying Fox playground and a very popular spot within the community. The cafe/restaurant will be leased directly by Council. It can be used to serve a variety of food and beverages to cater to patrons from the general public and community, as well as the adjacent Flying Fox playground.
