Bottlebrush is an attractive erect shrub that grows up to 2m, with stiff leaves that have a lemon scent when crushed. Striking bright red bottlebrush flowers cover the shrub during spring.

It prefers damp or boggy soils in a sunny location. Great for screening and attracting native birds and animals.
