Kerry: October is Mental Health Month. This year’s theme is Tune In.
It’s a time to raise awareness, decrease stigma, and empower people to seek help.
So, we want to encourage you all to take the time to Tune In.
Tune in to the present, to your senses, to the stigma, to your community and to our services.

It’s about being aware of what’s happening within you, and in the world around you.

It’s time to evaluate how attitudes and understandings of mental health and wellbeing impact our ability to live the lives we truly want
So - think about how your words and actions can affect people especially those experiencing poor mental health.

Find out what’s happening that you can be part of, or that you can help others be part of.
For some people that means joining a sporting team or a community group.

Remember if you’re feeling or experiencing anxiety, fear, distress and concern, there are many local services that can support you and your loved ones.
