The Terrey Hills Tennis Centre, owned by Northern Beaches Council, is located in the Terrey Hills Sporting Oval, off Mona Vale and McCarrs Creek Roads, with entrance from Yulong Avenue.

Our Club Member Committee has managed and leased the centre since 1973 soon after the four original unlit hardcourts and clubhouse were built.

Over the last 44 years our Club has developed the centre so that members and hirers now enjoy five floodlit synthetic grass courts, a larger clubhouse with pro-shop, toilets and shower, BBQ facilities with patio eating area and plenty of parking.

Our Club has a Club/Coach Agreement with Inspire Tennis to provide day-to-day management of the centre, pro-shop, coaching programs and hire of courts and facilities to the public.

We welcome new members and offer tennis for juniors and adults.  Players of all standards are welcome to visit the Club to assess the benefits of club membership. Saturday afternoon is a good time to visit.

Social Tennis

Social tennis is played on Saturday afternoons from 1.30pm and Tuesday nights from 7.30pm. Ladies’ doubles, mixed doubles and men’s doubles formats are played.  Play is all year round, with courts and balls provided to members.

Competition Tennis

As members require, the Club enters teams in the Tennis Northern Beaches and Sydney Badge competitions.

Coaching

Inspire Tennis offer high quality and affordable tennis coaching programs and tennis lessons for players of all ages and standards.  All tennis training program courses are fun, friendly, innovative and easily accessible.  Tennis lessons and programs held at the Club include Junior Tennis Coaching, Tennis Hot Shot Programs, Kids School Holiday Camps and private tennis lessons for both adults and juniors.
