A special lunch for carers who look after someone with a disability, mental health condition, medical condition or someone who is frail aged.

This FREE event is part of National Carers Week (13 to 19 October) - a time to recognise and celebrate the important contributions informal carers make to our society.

The event will be an opportunity to have some fun, connect with other carers, and find useful information, featuring:

• A yummy lunch with time to socialise with other carers.
• Relaxing chair yoga - please wear comfortable clothing if you wish to participate.
• A short, fun trivia quiz.
• A presentation about Carer Gateway supports by Carer Gateway provider, Benevolent Society.
• Lucky door prizes and giveaways.

Time limited parking is available at the venue including accessible parking. Street parking is available in nearby side streets. There is a B Line bus stop a short walk from the venue.
