How can I get to the event?
Council carpark spaces and/or street parking is limited at this event. The easiest way to get there is on public transport. Plan your trip.
Weather
We will monitor the weather in the lead up to the event. In the event of extreme weather, we will advise if the event will proceed via social media.
Can I bring my dog to the event?
Yes, this event is pet friendly. Animals must be on a leash and are not permitted within 10 metres of the food preparation areas.
Assistance animals are also permitted.
Will there be water onsite?
There will be water stations for you to refill and refresh. Please bring your own water bottle.
Please note, no food vendors will be selling bottled water onsite.
Can I smoke/vape at the event?
No, our Christmas events are smoke-free. Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted.
What happens with any photos or videos that might be taken of me whilst I am at the event?
We may have a professional photographer and/or videographer at the event. If this is the case, there will be signs at the venue advising you of this.
Photographs and/or video footage taken at the event may be used for future promotional purposes.
