Embracing Possibility: Manifest Your Dreams for 2025 is a transformative workshop that blends mindfulness, meditation, creativity, and art, held in the inspiring setting of Maria del Carmen’s UNDERWATER solo exhibition.
Surrounded by Maria’s evocative works—exploring transformation, hope, and the evolution of deep emotions—participants will be guided on a journey to reflect on their 2024, release what no longer serves them, and set empowering intentions for the year ahead. Carolina Gonzalez will lead through meditation and mindfulness exercises to connect with the inner self, while Maria’s artistic vision offers a unique atmosphere to spark imagination and creativity.
The space will allow for renewal, inspired by art and anchored in mindfulness, so participants feel empowered for 2025. The guidance will invite:
- Reflecting on 2024 journey with love and gratitude. Releasing old energy and limiting beliefs through a powerful and symbolic letting-go ritual.
- Dreaming boldly as they visualize and create their future through guided meditations and creative exercises. Discovering the magic and energy of manifesting deepest desires.
- And will hand out simple yet powerful tools to nurture peace, courage, and gratitude in their daily life.
