Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is Northern Beaches Council. 725 Pittwater Road, Dee Why 2100. Telephone: 8495 7166 ABN: 57 284 295 198
2. The starting date of the promotion is 4pm on 2 September 2024.  The closing date for entries is 11:59pm on Wednesday 11 September 2024.
3. Entries will be collected via webform on Northern Beaches Council which will be live from 4pm on 2 September 2024.   All entries must be real people, business entries will not be accepted.
4. Each person may only enter the competition once.
5. Entrants must be at least 18 years old.
6. Council will not accept entries which are illegal, derogatory, disrespectful or discriminatory in nature or may otherwise bring, or be likely to bring Council or the event into disrepute. 
7. The winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entrants at Northern Beaches Council, 725 Pittwater Road, Dee Why 2100 at 10am on Thursday 12 September.
8. The winners' details will be provided to Night at the Barracks (NATB) organisers. Winners will be asked to provide their email address and phone number for the purpose of the competition. NATB will contact winners via email.
9. If the winners cannot be contacted with reasonable attempts and has not responded within 24 hours of the draw, a new winner will be drawn.
10. The winners will be announced by first initial and surname Northern Beaches Council website. Entrants acknowledge and agree that their name and response will be published in such a manner.
11. The prize includes: Double pass to Gospo Collective on Sunday 15 September 
12. The prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash. The prize is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or privilege. 
13. Northern Beaches Council employees and their immediate families/those living in the same household are not permitted to enter the competition.
14. Northern Beaches Council reserve the right to exercise full decision-making powers and any decision made by Council is final. 
15. Unless requested otherwise, Northern Beaches Council reserves the right to publicly publish the names of prize winner for the purposes of promoting this competition, Night at the Barracks ticket giveaway, now and in perpetuity.
16. Use of the prize is at your own risk and Northern Beaches Council does not accept any liability for you or for your guest’s expenses, personal injury, damage, theft or loss.
17. There is no cash alternative to the prize and the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
18. Northern Beaches Council accepts no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry.

Entrants are deemed to accept these terms and conditions by entering the competition.
