Join us for a rejuvenating class that will nourish your body, mind, and soul! Whether you're a beginner or highly experienced, this class is designed to help you stretch, breathe, and relax. 

Led by our experienced instructor, you'll flow through gentle movements, mindful breathing, and relaxation techniques, leaving you feeling refreshed and centred. 

We are running three sessions throughout March as a part of the Northern Beaches Seniors Festival. 

Your first session is free! Any session thereafter is $15, cash only.
