Join us for a fun-filled sewing workshop with Boomerang Bags Northern Beaches Kimbriki in the school holidays!
In this workshop you will hand sew some Halloween decorative craft from discarded materials and learn how you can help reduce the waste from single-use Halloween decorations and costumes. All materials will be provided. If you have a particular tote bag or t-shirt you would like to embellish you are welcome to bring that too.
This workshop is for children and young people, aged 8 - 14 years. Everyone must be wearing enclosed shoes. A light morning tea will be provided. Please don't bring any single-use plastic to the event.
Parents are not required to stay at the workshop, but are encouraged to explore the Eco House and Garden or Buy Back Centre at Kimbriki. Parents and siblings are invited to return to enjoy a cup of tea and to see the workshop creations from 12:30pm.
