THAT Hot Sauce Shop was built on a foundation of love, spice and flavour. Our owners have travelled all over Australia and the world exciting their palates with various spice levels and are excited to share the carefully curated selection with you. 

Each weekend in May, THAT Hot Sauce Shop will showcase locally made hot sauces from the Northern Beaches. These sauces will be available for free tasting's and you may even get a chance to "meet the maker" if you swing by. We'll also have carefully curated hot sauce packs available to buy from the local producers so you can take home your favourites! 

Join us at 11am to meet Ryan Pinard from Pepper by Pinard to chat about his Caribbean recipes that he has brought to his sauces on the beaches.
