We are currently in discussions with the NSW Government as they work through the submissions received during their consultation period. We expect that there will be changes to the reforms package which the State Government will announce in due course.

Council has opposed the NSW government’s proposals to increase housing heights and density on the Northern Beaches. If implemented the reforms will significantly impact our area.
