All our centres operate under the National Quality Framework and Regulations. Each one has been rated as ‘Meeting’ or 'Exceeding’ the National Quality Standard. You can view these ratings on the ACECQA website.
Regular information evenings and special events offer parents opportunities to provide feedback and become involved with centre activities and programs.
Quality staff to child ratios
Our long day care centres employ Early Childhood teachers and trained staff with qualifications including Associate Diploma in Child Care Studies and Certificate III in Education and Care.
The minimum staff to child ratios in our centres are:
- 0-2 years – one educator /four children
- 2-3 years – one educator/ five children
- 3-6 years – one educator/ 10 children
Learning through play
Following the Early Years Learning Framework, educational programs are developed by talking to families and observing children's needs and interests.
Daily indoor and outdoor activities motivate, stimulate, challenge and extend the children’s skills.
Positive social interaction, confidence, independence and skills essential for starting school, are the focus for our 3-5 year olds.
