Australians for Mental Health auspicing Brazengrowth | Beaches Wellbeing: Provision of Mental Health First Aid Courses To deliver the accredited Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Courses - both the Standard and the Youth MHFA to volunteers of groups such as the Northern Beaches Women's Shelter, adult leaders of church youth groups, sports coaches and other not-for-profit organisations on the northern beaches. Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect) | Communication support tools for non-verbal students with autism at Aspect Vern Barnett School The project gives individuals who are non-verbal or have limited verbal abilities a method of independently and spontaneously expressing themselves in any setting through using an "Accent 1000" device with "Language Acquisition through Motor Planning" (LAMP) software. | $10,000 |

Be Centre Foundation Ltd. | Creative Holiday Art Workshops This project will provide 4-5 creative arts holiday workshops (over 3 school holidays) to provide opportunities for vulnerable and disadvantaged children to access creative and cultural activities to support improved therapeutic and social outcomes. Community Northern Beaches Inc. | Homeless Outreach Support This grant will provide homeless people with swags and sleeping bags, food parcels and other essential material aid. Literacy Network Manly Warringah Inc. | One-to-One Literacy Tuition for Adults Forty adult learners from the Northern Beaches will receive one-on-one tuition free of charge from professionally guided volunteer tutors. Sailability NSW Incorporated - Manly Branch | Keep Charlie's Chariot on the Water Sailability provides sailing in modified boats for people aged 8+ with disabilities regardless of their ability. Sunnyfield | FitAbility Sunnyfield Sports Day This grant is towards a Sports Camp for 65 supported employees of Sunnyfield and 25 support workers from the Northern Beaches. Surf Life Saving Sydney Northern Beaches Inc. | Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) Course The grant is to provide YMHFA training to 21 candidates who are willing to work with young Surf Life Saving (SLS) Club members in relation to mental health issues. Surfrider Foundation Australia | Ocean Friendly Program This program aims to reduce the environmental impact of single-use plastics by encouraging food and beverage outlets to use reusable or non-plastic alternatives. Totem Arts Festival Inc. | Art & Sole This program aims to promote arts and culture in the northern end of the Northern Beaches and Newport as cultural destination. Volunteer Marine Rescue NSW | Purchase of a Night Vision System The fast response rescue vessel is available for emergency call out 7 days a week at a short notice. The funding is for installation of a night vision camera system which will greatly increase the vessel's operational capability during periods of low visibility and darkness. | $3,700 |
Warriewood Surf Lifesaving Club | Know Your Neighbour on Warriewood Beach This funding is to support a local initiative for youth and families to engage in healthy and fun surf activities at Warriewood Beach. Water Skills For Life Inc. | Summer Swim & Survive Camps Summer Swim & Survive Camps for children and adults provide swimming and water safety lessons, including CPR training.
