Retirement Villages

Moving into a retirement village is a big decision. It’s important to know the facts first.

This session will help you understand your options and help you make informed decisions. Seniors Rights Service will help you understand what is involved in the process and how to prepare for any issues that arise, whether you are living in a retirement village or if you decide to move out.

Advocacy

  • Specialist financial advocates to help older people with increasingly complex aged care financing arrangements
  • Provide information about rights and responsibilities
  • Help resolve problems or complaints with aged care service providers
