Who is eligible?
Only residents of the Northern Beaches Council area may purchase Woorak Reserve/Iluka Park parking permits.
How to apply and pay
Half Year Permits will be available from 1 March. If a permit is required prior to 1 March, please either:
- visit one of our Customer Service branches to apply (please check opening times)
- complete the application form and email it to council@northernbeaches.nsw.gov.au
When applying for a Concession permit, you must supply one of the following documents as proof that you are eligible:
- Pensioner Concession Card
- Gold Card embossed with TPI (Totally Permanently Incapacitated)
- Gold Card embossed with EDA (Extreme Disablement Adjustment)
- War widow or widower
- Wholly dependent partner entitled to the DVA income support supplement.
How will I receive my permit?
- Permits will be posted by Registered Post (fees apply, see application form), or regular post (no charge).
- Click and Collect at Mona Vale for online applications.
Permit details
Permits are valid from 1 September until 31 August, and half-yearly permits are available from 1 March until 31 August.
Up to two registration numbers can be recorded on one permit, and they are non-refundable.
Permits must be displayed on the dashboard of the car while parked at Woorak Reserve/Iluka Park. Multiple day parking is available.
Pay and display meters are available for casual parking for non-permit holders.
