Asset Management Strategy
This Asset Management Strategy defines objectives that will improve our management practices and knowledge of all assets. It provides a road map to support the achievement of the community’s vision: Northern Beaches - a safe, diverse, inclusive and connected community that lives in balance with our extraordinary coastal and bushland environment.
The Asset Management Plan is a ten year document for investment into our infrastructure that discusses the considerations between risk, performance and cost across our asset portfolio.
