A Local Author Program Talk
Join local author Jenni Barrand as she discusses her children's book, Hugs Still Feel The Same.
Sunday 30 March, 1.30pm at Manly Library
Jenni will be doing a book reading followed by an illustrator talk with a kids craft.

When a little girl and her family are evacuated from their town during a severe flood, it feels like life has been turned upside down. Nothing is the same anymore, except how it feels when Mum, Dad and Teddy hug her.
Inspired by the author’s experience as a flood recovery volunteer, Hugs Still Feel the Same is a story of resilience and hope in life’s toughest times. It shows young readers that even when it feels like everything is changing, it’s possible to find comfort if we know where to look.
