Northern Beaches Youth Week takes place 9 - 17 April. We're celebrating throughout April!

NSW Youth Week is an annual celebration of young people held in early April around the school holidays. 
Northern Beaches Youth Week 2025 caters to a diverse range of interests, through large scale events to small workshops and niche activations, with young people involved in their planning and delivery.

It has been put on by a collaboration between Council and local youth services. Northern Beaches Youth Week 2025 includes the following two headline events:

Northern Composure Unplugged is back in 2025. Unplugged is an acoustic competition for all Northern Beaches musicians aged 12-24.

3x3 basketball

Battle for the Beaches: 3×3 is a youth-focused and inclusive all-day 3×3 basketball tournament for young people aged 12 to 24

Young Writers' Competition

Young Writers' Competition invites students to write an original work of creative writing using a special hero word. This year's hero word is 'Change'.
