Nourish your body with breathwork, poses and relaxation. Connect with your inner wisdom and let go of your daily humdrum. Gentle and intermediate classes. Classes are held every Friday @ 9.30am (Yoga) and 11.00am (Chair Yoga).

"Physie" is a fun dance sport combining dance, floor and standing exercises. It's great for physical fitness, flexibility, coordination, posture and building confidence.

The Art of painting in pastel, oil, acrylic, watercolours, etc. Drawing, Composition, Colour Theory, and more ... enjoyable, relaxing. For advanced students as well as beginners.
